I've "accidentally" turned my little boy into a Star Wars Fanatic (by no fault of my own ;) ). And these are the latest toys.....mini "Unleashed" figures. They're pretty detailed. You can build a pretty decent army with what they're pumping out. Since he doesn't really play with these particular toys all that much ....I just might keep them for myself and put them on a shelf. Is that bad?

I finally got this today. Cheesey 80's flick, but I like it. This soundtrack does have some great tunes and an excellent Theme song by Jerry Goldsmith who frankly has put out some of the greatest movie themes out there...maybe I'll blog about tthat sometime. This silly thing cost $54 on EBAY, which is cheap compared to prices at Amazon, but I think is worth it. This is one of them little joys in life that I have no problems dishing out a few bucks for.

I'm slowly starting to get the hang of posting this blog.......so in time...I'm sure I'll get a better hang of it. As of right now....I have The Doors and now The Fifth Dimension playing in the background on my headphones as I type to you.....it's good. Anyway.......why I have I called this site ..."Press On!"? Well.......it's a military term. And I like to apply it to just about everything I deal with. No matter what controversy,depression, hardship, or pain in the ass comes along........life continues on and we must press on!. To quote a movie..."Conan the Barbarian" (Arnold Schwarzenegger).....That which does not kills us only makes us stronger.
And as time goes on........hopefully you and I will get more aquainted and a mutual respect for each others view point will flourish.
